The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR and Administration function in the company to promote productivity and strong work ethics and to create a conducive working environment. Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field
•Professional training in the HR field
•At least 5 years relevant working experience in a similar position
•Experience in an organization with branch operations
•KCSE Grade: B+ and above
•Age: 35 – 45 years
•High integrity
•Result oriented
•Self-driven
•Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
•Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
•Strong leadership skills
•Demonstrated competency in strategic planning
•Good communication skills
•Broad understanding of other business functions e.g. finance
